Office of the Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
The CEO's office is responsible for facilitating the day to day activities of the CEO. The CEO's Office also handles governance and corporate planning which includes managing QH’s relationship with QIA, direct stakeholders and external parties.
Office of the Chief Operating Officer (COO)
The COO's office coordinates and attends to the business operations and support functions.
The  Finance, Legal & Compliance, Risk, Human Resources, Information Technology (IT) and Administration departments report to the COO. The COO is responsible for all internal and external communications and provides services to QH through a common infrastructure platform shared with the QIA.
Financial Institutions
The Financial Institutions department is responsible for developing QH Financial Services portfolio strategy and for managing its underlying investments.
General Portfolio
The General Portfolio department is responsible for developing QH general portfolio strategy and for managing its underlying investments.
Real Estate
The real estate department is responsible for developing QH real estate portfolio strategy and for managing its underlying investments.
Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
The M&A department is responsible for executing QH's investment strategy and for managing all acquisition and divestitures on behalf of QH.
Derivatives
The Derivatives department is responsible for developing QH derivatives financing and hedging portfolio strategy.
Business Development Department
The Business Development department is responsible for developing strategic relationships with key stakeholders including foreign government institutions and other international companies with an aim to contribute to the development of the local economy.
